Buyback Policy

A separate transaction

A buyback is an optional offer from Global Pulls to purchase your assigned collectible. It is separate from the original pack purchase and is not a refund, prize exchange, or guarantee of profit.

Offer amount and duration

The exact buyback amount and expiration are displayed after reveal and before acceptance. Offers may be based on a stated percentage of Global Pulls’ published value, a fixed promotion, or another clearly disclosed formula. The displayed offer controls.

Unless the offer states otherwise, an expired offer may be replaced by a newly calculated offer or no offer at all.

Acceptance

• You must be the verified account holder associated with the collectible.
• The collectible must remain eligible and in Global Pulls custody.
• Once accepted and completed, ownership returns to Global Pulls and the decision is final.
• Proceeds are credited to the applicable ledger category and may be subject to settlement, fraud, chargeback, or identity-verification holds.

Withdrawability

A buyback credit may become eligible for withdrawal after required identity verification, settlement, and risk review. Promotional or bonus portions may be non-withdrawable. The wallet clearly identifies available, pending, bonus, and withdrawable amounts.

Corrections

We may pause or reverse an uncompleted offer affected by a clear technical, pricing, fraud, duplicate-credit, or ownership error. We will not retroactively reduce a correctly completed offer merely because the external market later changed.
