1. Agreement and operator
Global Pulls is operated by Kefit Corporation (“Global Pulls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to globalpulls.com, our applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
The service is currently offered only to eligible users physically located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and permitted to use the service where you live.
2. Accounts and verification
- You may maintain one account and must provide accurate, current information.
- Your account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used for another person.
- We may require email, age, address, payment-method, identity, source-of-funds, sanctions, fraud, or other verification.
- We may restrict funding, purchasing, buybacks, shipment, or withdrawal while verification or risk review is pending.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Packs and randomized assignment
Each eligible purchase results in the assignment of one real physical collectible from the inventory pool identified on the pack page. The specific item is determined randomly according to the odds displayed before purchase. You are purchasing a randomized collectible—not a particular item, grade, market value, or financial return.
Odds can change as finite inventory is assigned, added, removed, or otherwise becomes unavailable. The pool version and odds applicable to your purchase are recorded when the transaction is created. Additional rules appear in our Pack Rules & Odds Policy.
4. Prices, balances, and payments
Prices, fees, taxes, and available payment methods are displayed before confirmation. Payment services may be provided by approved third parties. We do not store complete card or bank credentials.
Our internal ledger may separately classify deposited funds, promotional or bonus funds, buyback proceeds, pending funds, and withdrawable funds. These classifications can have different eligibility, expiration, reversal, and withdrawal rules. An account balance is not a bank account, earns no interest, and is not transferable between users.
5. Ownership, custody, and collection
After successful payment and assignment, the collectible is associated with your account and may be held in our custody until you accept a buyback or request shipment. Digital images and collection records represent the corresponding physical item; they are not cryptocurrency or transferable tokens.
We maintain custody and ownership records, but temporary display errors do not override the authoritative transaction and inventory records in our systems.
6. Buybacks
A buyback is a separate offer by Global Pulls to purchase an assigned collectible from you. It is not a refund or cancellation of the pack purchase. The exact amount, expiration, and form of proceeds are shown before acceptance.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, buyback offers are optional, non-transferable, and may expire. Once accepted and completed, the decision is final and the collectible returns to Global Pulls inventory. See our Buyback Policy.
7. Shipment and redemption
You may request shipment of eligible vaulted items to a verified US address. Shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, and signature charges are disclosed before confirmation. We may combine items, impose reasonable packaging requirements, or require additional verification for valuable shipments.
We will ship within the time displayed at redemption or, when no time is displayed, within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot meet the promised timeframe, we will provide legally required delay or cancellation options. See our Shipping & Redemptions Policy.
8. Valuations and no investment advice
Displayed values are good-faith estimates based on recent comparable sales and other market information. They are not guarantees of resale price, appraisal certificates, or investment advice. Markets can change rapidly, and third-party sales can differ.
Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise, dissatisfaction with a randomized outcome or a later market-value change does not create a right to a refund.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Using false information, multiple accounts, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, collusion, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to manipulate assignment or promotions.
- Reselling accounts, balances, promotional benefits, or access credentials.
- Using the service for unlawful activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or transactions on behalf of another person.
- Harassing users or staff, disrupting the service, or accessing data without authorization.
10. Refunds, reversals, and disputes
Completed randomized pack purchases are generally final except where required by law or where Global Pulls confirms a billing, assignment, or fulfillment error. Unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to support@globalpulls.com.
We may reverse ledger entries, recover items or balances, delay withdrawals, or restrict an account when a payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or credited in error. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Suspension and closure
You may request account closure through Support after resolving pending transactions and custody decisions. We may suspend or close accounts to protect users, comply with law or provider requirements, investigate risk, or enforce these Terms. We will handle remaining eligible balances and physical items as required by law.
12. Service availability and liability
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but maintenance, third-party outages, network failures, and events outside our control may interrupt access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here.
Kefit Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages where such limitations are permitted. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service, law, or provider requirements change. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders.
